JP&S Construction successfully completed the development of a new Maxol Service Station at New Bridge Street in Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, aligning with Maxol’s Ireland-wide expansion plan. The project included a retail store with a coffee shop and deli counter, forecourt development, and fuel pump installation. Collaboration with fit-out and fuel specialist partners ensured a functional and aesthetically pleasing finish in line with the company’s branding and business model.
The Service Station, situated amidst residential and commercial developments, remained operational throughout the construction, overcoming challenges and adhering strictly to Health and Safety policies. Despite site constraints, JP&S Construction delivered the project on time and within budget.
Maxol complimented the implementation of innovative and sustainable forecourt design, incorporating cutting-edge technologies to reduce the site’s carbon footprint. Measures such as low-energy CO2 refrigeration, LED lighting systems, and automatic timers for energy-efficient lighting showcased the commitment to sustainability. The completed project by JP&S Construction aligned seamlessly with Maxol’s vision, delivering an exemplar project.
